Is it time to change the way we elect the President? The Assembly's Final Report

After considering the question this semester, CACTUS has produced a final report detailing the nature and composition of the Assembly, each of the three phases (learning, public hearings, and deliberation) of the Assembly, and the Assembly's final decision.
